1. Purpose
The Author is providing the Beta Reader with access to the unpublished manuscript titled The Veritas Keeper ("Work") solely for the purpose of providing reading impressions and feedback.
2. Confidentiality
The Beta Reader agrees:
– Not to share, copy, distribute, or disclose any portion of the Work to anyone without written permission from the Author.
– Not to publish or post excerpts from the Work anywhere, including online, without permission.
– To store any digital or printed copies of the Work securely and prevent unauthorized access.
3. Use of the Work
The Beta Reader will use the Work only for the agreed purpose of reading and providing feedback. The Beta Reader will not claim authorship, sell, adapt, or otherwise exploit the Work in any form.
4. Return or Destruction
Within 7 days after feedback is provided, the Beta Reader agrees to delete all digital copies and shred any printed copies of the Work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Acknowledgement
The Beta Reader understands the Work is unpublished and that unauthorized disclosure could cause harm to the Author.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States of America, USA.
